Mutiny U15 Girls Capture President's Cup Regional Title
The SWISA Mutiny U15 Girls captured the Region II President's Cup championship in Overland Park, KS, defeating Palatine Celtic 3 - 2 in a penalty kick shootout. The teams had battled through 110 minutes of scoreless soccer, forcing the match to the shootout phase to determine a champion. Mutiny keeper Dani Johnston stopped two Celtic penalty kicks, and the Mutiny connected on three of their four attempts to secure the victory. The ladies earned a spot in National Championship round in Auburndale, Fl, July 11-14!
