The Cancellation and Rescheduling of all regular season games is coordinated
through Rich Coleman - via email at hoopsref44@aol.com Any and all changes must
be made at least 7 days in advance of the game date. Field availability
should be requested as soon as you are aware of your cancellation, and the dates
will only remain reserved for you for a limited time. If the opposing coach does
not respond in a timely manner you will need to re-confirm availability. If you
know you are going to pre-play a game - do the rescheduling at the beginning of
the season. Please do not wait - this allows us to open up the field for other
teams. IMPORTANT: ALL REQUESTS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY RICH VIA EMAIL - DO NOT
ASSUME ANYTHING.

All practice fields are assigned by team. Please be sure to stick to your
assigned field. Any team caught practicing on game fields without permission
will be fined $100 from their Team Account.
